Mental Health Awareness
Mental health is a state of mental well-being or happiness that allows people to manage with the stresses of existence, recognize their potential, absorb well and serve well, and contribute to their circle. Awareness about mental health reduces the risk of anxiety, stress and early warning signs. These awareness campaigns help normalize our mental health by building better support systems and creating safer environments. Making mental health awareness feel less alone and they feel free to seek help. Mental Health Awareness Week taking place 12 to 18 May,
let’s express some words why mental health awareness is valuable:
- Construct a helpful Community:
We need a good relationship with our family and friends like someone who listens without any judgments. A person who listens or speaks supporting wellness programs should be encouraged. - Self care:
Something locks differently for every person like self care but indeed it has a common typical example. First of all we should start with small steps. These include walking or exercising for around 30 minutes, drinking water, listening to your needs, making yourself spiritual. - Signs of a Suffering Person :
Stress, depression, anxiety and loneliness are the things found very common. Acknowledge some of these grapples in someone or like me will be the first step toward healing by avoiding these. - Required Professional help:
We should have knowledge when ourself or our family need professional help from doctors or psychologists, psychiatrists and counselors.
Support groups, community programs and online therapy platforms are working to give help.
Final though:
Elevated mental health awareness reminds us that no one has to struggle in sedateness. By speaking openly, supporting one another, and seeking help when needed, we can create a kinder world where mental well-being is valued just as much as physical health.
