About health, which is controlled by hormonal balance, these balances control every aspect of women’s lives, from food and energy to metabolism and mood, and also their sleeping. If hormones are balanced, women feel more energetic, healthier, and emotionally stronger. Even a slight change in hormonal balance can cause serious health issues.

And estrogen is balanced by progesterone, which helps the body for sleep, controls the nervous system, and mainly helps the body to prepare for pregnancy. Testosterone, cortisol.   • Sleep
